Saturday, May 18, 2019 (limited to 10 people) @ 9:30 am - noon
Are you in Transition: experiencing a career shift, retirement, divorce, children leaving/returning home, physical challenges, unemployment, relocation, caring for parents, grandchildren, new relationships, family changes, etc.? Join us and meet other woman who are navigating life’s changes in a warm and supportive atmosphere of learning and personal growth.
In a small group setting, we share about where we are right now in our Life Transitions. Graduates from the “Women in Life Transitions” program are especially welcome.
Please RSVP to Joy to be included in the group.
Current Program: “Awakening Loving Kindness”
Revisiting a previous book we've studied by Pema Chodron (bring the book if you have it)
“Curiosity involves being gentle, precise, and open-actually being able to let go and open. Gentleness is a sense of goodheartedness toward ourselves. Precision is being able to see clearly, not being afraid to see what’s really there, just as a scientist is not afraid to look into the microscope. Openness is being able to let go and to open.” -- Pema Chodron
